New Yellow Option

im wondering who cn verify which is better yellow option on set?
the old Damage decrement, which is named as Damage Rate increase in epi 2

or the new

Defense Power Increase Rate?

Defense power increase Increase in defense weapon’s defense power according to set value.

Damage decrease rate increase Decrease in damage received apart from final defense power when receiving damage according to set value.

I think, DD is better.
